About the Position

Are you looking for a fun and educational part-time/summer job? Then we have the perfect position for you at Biltema Trollhättan! We are currently searching for a group of stars who want to work in our café for the summer.

As a Store Assistant at Biltema, you are the most important part of the customers' experience in the store. Your workday consists of various tasks and departments that are always characterized by customer focus and a high level of service. This means that you play a crucial role in ensuring that the shelves with our 19,000 products are well-stocked and fronted.

Wherever you are in the store, you pay attention to our customers - whether you are restocking items, working at the checkout, assisting them in customer service, or serving them in the café. In your interactions with customers, you gladly share your knowledge to help them find what they are looking for at a good price. At Biltema, no day is the same. We are eager to tackle the tasks and challenges that may arise by trying to find simple solutions.

The introduction will begin in early spring, so it is an advantage if you can start before summer. For those who show initiative, there are good opportunities for extra work during the fall and winter.

About You

The customer's time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to listen, understand, and read the customer's needs. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is a pronounced service person and has the customer in focus. You enjoy a fast-paced work environment where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you like to take initiative, see what needs to be done, and want to maintain order around you. Personal suitability will be highly valued, as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English.

Experience in retail, preferably in store work with cash handling or in the restaurant industry, is an advantage. To quickly adapt to the role, we appreciate a burning interest in our product range and areas.
